🧠 Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate the development of the MVP for QuantumManagedService.com (QMS) — a quantum optimization middleware platform. You will oversee a distributed team of developers, manage timelines, and ensure the successful delivery of our core PoC and MVP milestones.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all MVP developer roles (Quantum Dev, API Dev, Frontend, Financial Modeler)
• Manage the PoC-to-MVP roadmap, breaking work into milestones and sprints
• Serve as the main point of contact for progress reporting and technical alignment
• Maintain clear documentation, issue tracking, and communication between team members
• Ensure the MVP meets defined functionality (quantum execution via unified API for financial optimization)

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience managing software development teams or MVP projects
• Familiarity with quantum computing or emerging tech projects
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, version control (e.g., Git), and task management tools (e.g., Notion, Trello, Jira)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
